Terms and Conditions

  • Student places are not secure until payment is received.


  • The school has a non refundable fees policy.

  • It is the responsibility of students to attend classes.

  • Students can only attend the dates and times they register for class. They can not switch

       classes each week.

  • Students must behave appropriately in class. Management reserve the right to exclude

       students that are disturbing classes or causing unnecessary stress to teachers or other


  • Students must respect the property and any damage committed by students will

       result in a fine deemed appropriate by school management.

  • Bullying will not be tolerated within the school and all cases of bullying will be investigated by the designated child protection officer (school manager) as outlined in the school policy.

  • All students registering for classes paid or free are agreeing that their contact details can be used to contact them regarding any offers the school may have from time to time. The

       school will not forward personal details with any third parties for marketing or other                   purposes.

  • The Academy of Grinds will comply with the Data Protection Amendment act 2003 and the ePrivacy regulations 2011 at all times.

  • People using theacademyofgrinds.com website agree to these terms and conditions.

  • All classes are subject to sufficient demand and the Academy of Grinds reserve the right to change class schedules.

  • Video or photography is not permitted within class rooms. Students will be excluded from

       the school if they break this agreement.

  • All students are asked to attend classes on time each week.
